Innovation Roadmap

Innovation Roadmap is an interactive PDF presentation updated annually that highlights Bank of America’s latest high-tech, high-touch solutions to help support plan sponsors. Below, you can see the 2022 version—for which I was responsible for carrying out a redesign of the piece with a new page size, following updated brand standards and incorporating accessibility best practices—and the 2025 version, where I assisted another designer, helping complete content updates from the client.

The Large Market Sales Deck was a part of a series of presentations used by Bank of America sales representatives—each targeting a different market—with a lot of overlapping content. I collaborated with a team to design slides and ensure version control.

Benefits Fair Tabletop

This tabletop sign for Bank of America Health and Benefit Accounts was designed for use at a Benefits Fair and communicates information about health savings accounts and their triple tax advantages. I designed this piece from start to finish. It was also remediated for accessibility for distribution as an informational flyer.

Erica^® Email

I designed this email introducing Erica^®, Merrill’s virtual assistant, from start to finish, including concepting, coding the responsive email, and testing in Litmus to prepare for distribution via Salesforce.
