Bank of America Workplace Benefits™ Client Conference is an annual event hosted by Bank of America that brings together hundreds of plan sponsors, consultants, and institutional clients to explore the future of retirement, workplace benefits and financial wellness.
My role varied from year to year, but over time I was responsible for developing themes, researching giveaways, and executing visual touchpoints from pre-event promotion to post-event communications, including welcome kit, website, agendas, signage, and more. In 2025, I was primarily responsible for managing updates to the website during its pre-conference, at-conference, and post-conference stages.
