Workplace Insights™ is a monthly newsletter microsite designed to provide plan sponsors with information about trends shaping the retirement and benefits industry, relevant research on regulatory and compliance issues, tools and tips to help enhance employee financial wellness, and key takeaways with actions to consider.
Each month, we were responsible for designing the current issue of the microsite, creating an email that was distributed to plan sponsors to give a brief overview of the new issue, and pulling analytics to provide a summary of that month’s performance to the client. I was the lead designer for the lifespan of the project, from June 2017 to March 2025, during which time I carried out a site refresh to keep the look of the site in line with current Bank of America branding, managed compliance with client security standards and processes, completed integration of Tealium and Google Analytics for basic analytic data, and implemented accessibility remediation to meet WCAG standards.

QBR Microsite

QBR is a quarterly microsite designed as a presentation tool for Bank of America advisors to use in meetings with plan sponsors to help provide them with information about industry insights, legislative updates, and resources to help their employees. It was initially designed using the same code base as Workplace Insights™ and there is some overlap in the content on the two sites. I was one of two designers responsible for designing the quarterly issues, creating an 8.5” by 11” PDF of the site for printing, and implementing and pulling analytics to help the client track how advisors were using the site.

SECURE 2.0 Act Microsite

The SECURE 2.0 Act microsite was created to provide plan sponsors with a one-stop shop to learn about important updates as rulings surrounding the SECURE 2.0 Act changed. I was responsible for concepting, design, and rollout of initial site layout in addition to implementation of analytics, uploading site files, testing, and scheduling updates to go to production.
